Your guide to living well in midlife

Come back to yourself.
Live midlife your way.

I’m Peggy, and this is a place for digging into the juiciness of midlife. For 25 years, I’ve supported women in reaching their goals and becoming who they envision themselves to be through movement, food, and personal growth. I’m fascinated by the human condition and have an insatiable appetite for learning and continuing education.

Here you’ll find nourishing food, movement, and honest conversation about aging, healing, gratitude, and spiritual curiosity—all to help you feel more at home in your life and body. Come back to yourself, get clear about what you want, and live in the realm of possibility.

A little about me

A lot of experience.
Still curious.

I’m a writer, life and wellness coach, and Pilates and yoga teacher. I owned a Pilates and yoga studio for 12 years, where I ran a teacher training program and workshops. I’ve also worked as a chef, cooking teacher, and personal chef, and I run seasonal cleanses.

For the last 25 years, I’ve studied bodies and movement, health, food, and nutrition, and worked with women to make their lives reflect who they really are. I help people reach their goals and find happiness—in their lives, in the kitchen, and in their bodies.

I’ve reinvented my career several times and rebuilt my personal life after devastating betrayals and divorce. That experience informs my work, alongside my training. I know how much it can take to hear your own voice again and trust what it’s telling you. I believe even the most devastating turn of events can open a path to a life with more in it than you ever knew was possible.

I see midlife as an opportunity to come back to your true self, release what no longer fits, and explore who you want to become. I’m here to support you in that exploration.

“I don’t believe in fixing yourself. I believe in curiosity, honest conversation, and living in the realm of possibility.”

— Peggy
